We produce precision components usingSwiss-style CNC Machining. We are fully proficient in materials ranging from stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, rare metals, and carbide, we are no stranger in providing CNC grinding services for such applications as cartridges, cylinders as well as contoured punches of all varieties.
We pride ourselves on being problem solvers as well as machinists. Whether the grinding job is for aerospace, heat transfer, agriculture, defense, electronic components, industrial components, or water filtration, we will work with you to determine the best and most efficient processes needed.

Rapid Prototyping
We are a precision machining and rapid prototyping company. We design for manufacturability, we help our clients shorten their product design cycles, moving them from idea to prototype to finished product in the shortest time possible. Our partner relationships with engineering and design firms means that we are not a single end-point, but a collaborative part of an engineering ecosystem.
We also specialize in just-in-time micro-manufacturing and short-run production. Unlike other companies that run their machines at full capacity and build an inflexible backlog, we have designed our business to enable our customers to insert prototype runs into our workflow and get them done fast.

As a light manufacturer in the Boise, Idaho market we have the flexibility and control to help our customers drive waste out of the manufacturing process. We have the ability to offer large scale production runs, but most of the time large scale runs lead to waste because they do not follow lean manufacturing methodologies.
As a manufacturing partner, we enjoy helping our customers isolate areas of risk during manufacturing. We collaborate with our customers and their design engineers to establish the best manufacturing process to meet the end goal.
